Swegulf Décor project consultation

Our Process

How We Work

A structured, transparent six-step process — from your first brief to final handover. No surprises. No shortcuts.

Process Built on Precision

Every Swegulf Décor project follows the same disciplined methodology — refined over 15 years and hundreds of completed fit-outs. Our process gives you full visibility at every stage, keeps your project on schedule, and ensures the finished result matches the vision we agreed from day one.

Discovery

Initial Consultation

We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your space, your vision, your timeline, and your budget. Whether you come to us with a full brief or just an idea, we ask the right questions to build a complete picture of what you need.

  • Site visit and space assessment
  • Client brief and requirements gathering
  • Budget and timeline discussion
  • Initial feasibility review
Design & Concept

Design

02

Design & Concept

Our design team translates your brief into a detailed concept — material palettes, spatial layouts, joinery drawings, and finish specifications. We present options, refine based on your feedback, and lock the design before a single piece of material is ordered.

  • Concept drawings and mood boards
  • Material and finish selection
  • Detailed joinery and millwork drawings
  • Design sign-off and freeze

Proposal

Quotation & Agreement

Once the design is agreed, we produce a fully itemised quotation — broken down by scope, materials, and labour. There are no hidden costs. You know exactly what you're paying for before we begin. We then formalise the agreement and set a confirmed start date.

  • Itemised cost breakdown
  • Scope of works document
  • Payment schedule agreement
  • Confirmed project start date

Fabrication

Workshop Production

With the design locked and agreement signed, our workshop begins fabricating all bespoke joinery, cabinetry, and millwork elements. Our craftsmen work to precise technical drawings, and every piece is quality-checked before it leaves the workshop.

  • CNC and hand-crafted joinery production
  • Material procurement and quality control
  • Finishing, lacquering, and polishing
  • Pre-installation quality inspection

  • Phased installation programme
  • Multi-trade coordination on site
  • Daily progress reporting
  • Site protection and cleanliness
Handover & Aftercare

06

Handover & Aftercare

Before handover, we conduct a thorough snagging inspection — addressing every item on the list before we consider the project complete. We hand over with full documentation, warranties, and a dedicated aftercare contact for any post-completion queries.

  • Full snagging and defect resolution
  • Client walkthrough and sign-off
  • Warranty and documentation pack
  • Dedicated aftercare support
